We use Notion to manage and track tasks, ensuring clarity and accountability for every project phase, while Discord serves as our primary communication hub for instant updates and discussions.

Additionally, we follow the standard Indian holidays as paid days off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

To maintain real-time progress tracking and ensure consistent attendance, we receive daily status updates from our team.

This approach ensures everyone stays aligned and engaged, enabling us to meet our goals efficiently and effectively as remote-first studio.
